The Wild & Wise Women's Retreat

Important Information

  • Begins Thursday June 4th, 2026 at 3p.m., ends Sunday June 7th at 11:00a.m.

  • Daily planning includes various workshops, light movement and grounding activities - see programming for the weekend below.

  • All meals, snacks & beverages are included.

  • Rustic lodging in a shared yet spacious lodge, or outdoor camping for those who wish to sleep under the stars.

  • Delicious group meals prepared together in the kitchen or over fire.

  • This is an off-grid spiritual retreat center. We will use gas lit lamps, restrooms are outdoors and there is no electricity. These simple ammenities keep the focus on a mindful weekend in nature.

  • One 30 minute Eco Coaching Session included.

  • Limit 8 women to ensure a small, intimate group and extra comfort.

Thursday June 4th

  • 3-4pm: Arrival, snacks, beverages, settle in.

  • 5pm: Nature Connection & Welcome

  • 6pm: Dinner

  • 7pm: 1st Night Campfire Ceremony

Friday June 5th

  • 7:30-8am: Morning tea, coffee, small bites

  • 8:15am: Optional morning yoga flow

  • 9am: Breakfast

  • 10-12pm: Hike Temenos, Grounding Workshop & Thought Meditation  

  • 12:30-1:30pm: Lunch

  • 1:30-3:30pm: Solo Time

  • 3:30-5pm: Nature Art Workshop

  • 5:30pm: Campfire Cooking Workshop & Dinner

  • 7pm: Campfire Ceremony

Saturday June 6th

  • 7:30-8am: Morning tea, coffee, small bites

  • 8:15am: Optional Morning yoga flow

  • 9am: Breakfast

  • 10-12pm: Forest Bathing & Ephemeral Art Workshop

  • 12:30-1:30pm: Lunch

  • 1:30-5pm: Eco-Coaching one-on-ones

  • 5:30pm: Campfire Cooking Workshop & Dinner

  • 7pm: Campfire Ceremony

Sunday June 7th

Meet Your Guides!

Katie Jones

Is a skilled back country guide, backpacker, world traveller and environmental educator. Her love for the outdoors began in the Poconos as an in-kayak guide on the Lehigh River and evolved into a true admiration for outdoor sports and environmental awareness. Being a graduate of Psychology and Environmental Science and Sustainability, she deeply understands the need for nature connection and believes access to nature is a universal right. Her passion is connecting people with nature through accessible outdoor events and courses. After a weekend with Katie, not only can you expect to feel a deeper connection with nature, but have a clearer perspective of your role in the natural world this modern day.

Bella DeLuca

Is a talented artist, yoga instructor and nature enthusiast. As a former back country guide at Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico, Bella has a lot of love for the mountains, big skies and canyons of the West. She currently works as a barista, but in her free time finds herself outside with the trees or in front of a canvas whenever she can. Bella also teaches yoga at central rock gym in west Hartford and finds grounding in practices of breath work and meditation.
